Beginning in 1985, NSI opened its doors and delivered top-level on-site service to thousands of businesses throughout New England. Many customers have had the same technician servicing their account for the past two, almost three decades. "Helping our Clients Succeed" means we continue to hold ourselves to the highest standards, so your business can do what it does best.

NSI's On-site Repair and Maintenance Services:

  • Desktops, Servers, Printers – on-site repair, warranty work, and extended maintenance contracts are available.
  • Per Call Service – request service for a device
  • Maintenance - With an NSI Maintenance Agreement, anything not deemed a consumable (ink, toner, maintenance kits) on your printers is covered. No additional charges for parts or travel. Call us, and we'll be there in a jiffy.
  • Warranty – NSI can operate under the manufacturer's warranty. If you want a local service provider you can rely on, call NSI. We can perform repairs, at no charge to you, under your warranty.
