President Tom McDonald oversees all of NSI's daily activities, most especially customer relationships. McDonald is devoted to the proposition that delivering “traditional” service is the top priority for a high technology company. McDonald arrived at this belief from hands on experience, starting at NSI 15 years ago as a Parts Courier and rising through the ranks to the leadership position he holds today.
In 2006 McDonald was one of sixteen individuals named “Rising Stars” by Business New Haven Magazine for his talents and accomplishments in business.

Vice President Bill Thompson is in charge of NSI's strategic planning, its sales team, and business partner relationships. Thompson is focused on ensuring delivery of the latest and most effective customized solutions and services. Identifying emerging technologies that deliver unique value has been a hallmark of his more than thirty year career at the highest levels of executive management in the technology industry, including leadership roles at IBM.
Vice President of Technical Development Ed Garcia employs his decades of experience to help NSI maintain its leadership position within the ever-changing world of technology repair, maintenance and support. Among his many responsibilities, Ed assists with the training of NSI’s team of more than 35 technicians. Ed has played a critical role in the company’s development since its founding in 1985.
