NSI Disaster Recovery Solution Health Care Organization Saves Money & Sleep NSI has provided a high availability - disaster recovery solution to The Catholic Health Care System (CHCS) of New York. CHCS was in need of a cost effective and instantaneous disaster recovery system connecting its seven health care centers in New York City and surrounding communities. NSI Account Representative Henry Garcia worked closely with CHCS examining a variety of possible solutions, before CHCS purchased two IBM i5 520 Series servers (one High Availability) and iTera high availability software. "For more than a year we discussed review, they realized this was the right solution for them." Garcia estimates that CHCS saved $60-thousand compared to the cost of its old disaster recovery system. "Not only has CHCS saved money, but in the event there's a problem, they can fall back into the recovery system immediately without any interruption to their operations," Garcia said.
