Service is the essence of what the people at Eastern Propane do for a living. As one
of the largest propane distributors in the country, with locations scattered throughout New England, they have to be responsive when a customer needs their help.
Not surprisingly, Eastern Propane expects the same treatment when they are the customer.
Within days of contracting NSI to perform ongoing maintenance on their large and varied inventory of printers, NSI service representatives identified the need for wide-spread preventative maintenance.
After much work at multiple sites, the number of printer service calls started slowing down and the productivity of Eastern Propane’s printers began picking up.
“It’s all about customer service,” said IT Manager Rick Sanborn about the NSI service team. “You make a promise and keep it.”
