Stephen Costa is a former Apple engineer teaching technology at the prestigious Kildonan School in
Amenia, NY. He has a deep understanding of technology service issues, but like so many people working in smaller organizations he also
has other responsibilities, in this case being the school’s Director of Technology.
“I had been doing everything,” Costa said. “I do not want to do everything, I do not have the time; I am a teacher.”
With warranties on many printers expiring and weary of manufacturer red tape consuming his valuable time, “I didn’t want to
deal with it anymore,” Costa brought in NSI to manage the process right down to repairs.
