| Foxwoods Bets on NSI |

The IT professionals at Foxwoods have placed a guaranteed winning bet – picking NSI to manage its IBM maintenance agreements.
Like so many large enterprises, Foxwoods has had to juggle a dizzying number of support contracts
for hardware and software. It’s been very complex and time consuming; billing cycles differed,
expiration dates varied, and customer service was distant and lacked firsthand knowledge of the operation.
But no more.
“We are providing Foxwoods with one single point of contact for its IBM maintenance contracts,” said Tom McDonald,
NSI President. “Foxwoods will now give us a single Purchase Order and we will take care of the rest.”
NSI’s Support Contract Management Services will smooth out the billing cycle by providing Foxwoods with
just one bill per month. And through the use of a special Web portal, the casino’s IT personnel will now be
able to view the current status of their many IBM maintenance plans and other pertinent data.
NSI’s ability to manage these maintenance contracts through the Web is not limited to just IBM
products. This process can also be applied to other vendors, such as Cisco, HP, Lexmark, etc.
“This service will not only allow Foxwoods to better manage their IT inventory, it
will also simplify their fiscal year budgeting,” McDonald said. “It’s another example of
using our knowledge of a customer’s needs to build a highly responsive solution."
NSI provides a similar service to both the Harrah’s Cherokee and Mohegan Sun casinos.
