How is the E-Mail Security Service (“Car Wash”) from IBM working?
Rasid:“We have been very pleased with it. I had been wading through hundreds of junk emails, my in-box was always pretty big, but it has just cut it down incredibly. The software has just been great for us.” Why did you choose the E-Mail Security Service from IBM? Rasid:“Lots of reasons; low up front costs, that it is a subscription based service, and just knowing that it will be kept constantly up to date by IBM without having to worry about upgrades. All the management of it is done online, as opposed to a network installation, which we are comfortable with.” Was it difficult to implement the E-Mail Security Service? Rasid: No. NSI took care of the original set-up and I have direct phone numbers to IBM if I have any questions. We’re happy. Problem solved.”
