Technology Problem Outside of the Northeast?
It’s No Problem for NSI |

Recently Dan Willette, Director of IT for Maine-based Team EJP, one of the nation’s largest suppliers of water, drainage and storm water solutions, had a problem. An important IBM printer went down at a location outside of Dayton, Ohio where he did not have a service-provider.
Or so he thought.
“I was surprised quite frankly,” Willette said. “I thought NSI just covered the New England area and that I’d have to spend a lot to get IBM to go out and fix it. “
He quickly found out through his NSI sales representative that NSI goes everywhere.
A technician was on site quickly and ordered parts, which were installed promptly after their arrival.
“All in all, I will give NSI all of the maintenance that I can afford,’ Willette said. “They are quick to turn things around.”
The remote printer in Ohio is now under an NSI maintenance contract so that he never has to worry again.
