NSI TotalCare customers are well acquainted with the real-time service provided by our talented Help Desk. But did you know it is also available to all NSI customers?

A call to our Help Desk guarantees immediate responsiveness to your issues from 9-5 each business day.

“Within minutes we will be able to conduct a pre-screen to assess the situation,” said Andrew Lebiszczak, TotalCare Manager. “And instead of scheduling a technician to come out to your site we can often fix the problem live.”

In fact, approximately 80-percent of all Help Desk calls can be resolved remotely.
