Just What the Doctor Ordered NSI Surgical Precision |
| |
Ambulatory surgical centers are complex facilities that run on medical talent and top-notch technology, so opening a new ASC is no easy task.
Just ask Shari Reveron, Administrator of the brand new Glastonbury Endoscopy Center in Connecticut, a joint venture between a large group of gastroenterologists and Hartford Hospital.
“We had no computers, no anything,” Reveron said.
That was February.
When NSI’s work was complete and the endoscopy center opened toward the end of March, servers and desktops were in place, along with the specialized software used for surgeries, practice management and doctors’ reports.
“They coordinated it nicely,” Reveron said. “They were very professional and actually stayed until we were comfortable on our own and they’re still helping.”
You might say it’s NSI’s version of a bedside manner, an attitude and approach to business that lets our customers know we’ll be there until the job is done.
