| NSI Service Gets Perfect Scores |

The NSI Service Group has scored again!
In March – for the third month in a row – NSI received 100-percent customer satisfaction ratings in independent surveys conducted for IBM and Lenovo.
“These results are not a coincidence,” said Ed Garcia, NSI VP of Service. “We work hard every day to provide the highest level of service and this shows that customers appreciate our efforts.”
Lenovo has recognized this accomplishment by awarding NSI the coveted Premier Service Partner citation for Outstanding Customer Service. The designation is limited to the top 10-percent of Lenovo service partners (NSI has earned this status 3-years in a row). NSI was graded on overall customer satisfaction based on follow-up surveys with customers.
