NSI Support Staff Grows
Two New Support Engineers Added

NSI is proud to announce the appointments of two new Support Engineers, Brandon Aylesworth and Michael Alciati, who each bring a wealth of experience to an already talented Support Services Department.

Aylesworth, as Senior Support Engineer, Managed Services, is heading up technical support for NSI's innovative offerings designed to manage, secure and support our customer's Networks, Servers, and Applications via a combination of remote and onsite services.

Prior to joining NSI he was the Network Administrator for a Southington based provider of recreational public Internet access and LAN gaming products and services. In that position he operated a worldwide network supporting over one thousand clients. He also consulted on network design, operating system selection, and configuration for corporate projects. In previous jobs Aylesworth was a Systems Engineer and provided Desktop Support for four different large Connecticut based international corporations.

His certifications include - MCSE (Windows 2000) , MCDBA (SQL 2000), Comptia A+, and CSSA (Certified Sonicwall Security Administrator).

As a Senior Support Engineer, Michael Alciati brings to NSI intimate knowledge of our customers' needs - because he was a customer!

Alciati joins us from a Seymour based construction company where he was the Network Administrator. He has hands-on experience leading all stages of system development efforts, including requirements definition, design, architecture, testing, and support of Intel, AMD or RISC based systems. He has also served as a Systems Analyst, Technician, and Computer Lab Supervisor for other organizations in Connecticut .

Alciati is a 1997 graduate of Northwestern Connecticut Community Technical College with an Associates Degree in Computer Systems Technology.
