Free Trial Pays Off
NSI TotalCare Comes to the Rescue |

A recent incident graphically demonstrates the value of NSI TotalCare. It happened at the Rocky Hill, Connecticut headquarters of a regional network of healthcare facilities.
In addition to providing the healthcare network IT sales and service, NSI decided to offer a free trial of TotalCare on one primary server.
It paid-off quickly.
Shortly after getting TotalCare set-up an alert came into the Network Operations Center that one of the server's five drives was failing.
"This was a classic case of catching a hardware failure immediately, as it happens," said Andrew Lebiszczak, TotalCare Manager. Lebiszczak downplayed the rescue as, "routine."
The hard drive, covered by warranty, was shipped by IBM the following day and the problem was quickly repaired; so quickly in fact that the customer didn't even know anything had happened.
Even when a customer does not call for help...NSI TotalCare is on the case.
