NSI Tech Still Going to School |

NSI Technician Ryan Croteau is one of the reasons schools in Maine love working with NSI for OEM warranty support, imaging and other IT repair, maintenance and support.
As a 2006 graduate of Bonny Eagle High School in the MSAD 6 School District 22-year old Ryan has a fresh memory of exactly what educators need.
"In some ways I feel like I'm still in school," Ryan said.
The professionals at Bonny Eagle High are glad Ryan's still involved with his Alma Mater.
"He's kind of a go to guy," said Paul Emery, Computer Technician for Bonny Eagle High.
Ryan, who is Apple and Toshiba certified, prides himself on his ability to diagnose and solve problems.
"If I have a question he kind of sorts it out for me and researches it," Emery said.
In fact, Ryan is part of the NSI team that won Apple's prestigious "Commitment to Excellence Award" for Q4 2008 putting NSI in the top 5-percent of all Apple Authorized service providers in the United States.
