When a weary overseas traveler makes the effort to personally thank a hotel then you know the appreciation runs deep.
That is exactly what happened recently when the Holiday Inn Express in Dayville, Connecticut received an email from Ian Dodds of the United Kingdom.
“I would like to commend the Management of the Holiday Inn for getting the Broadband right,” Dodd said. “The signal is stronger than ever (100%) and the download speed is amazing—it is faster than anywhere else that I use!”
That is exactly what the Holiday Inn Express had hoped for when it brought in NSI to make the Internet experience work for their customers.
“It is so important to business people like me,” Dodds said. “I can now work out of the hotel which has a better Internet service than our company up the road.”
