New Process for Contacting Technicians
The relationship our customers have with their service technician is the cornerstone of NSI's success and customer feedback is the lifeblood of a service organization such as NSI.
Based upon customer input we have made a change that we want to make sure every customer knows about.
All calls for service technicians must now be processed through our Dispatch Center at 800-554-5352. Please do not contact your technician on their cell phone.
After close review – including many conversations with our customers - it was clear that constant interruptions are not in anyone's best interests. Each customer deserves their tech's undivided attention during their visit which is why all calls are now being routed through our dispatch center.
So please call 800-554-5352 or visit www.nsiserv.com for the online service request form instead of dialing your tech directly.
