| Casinos In Four States Place a Winning Bet |

The Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos have once again selected NSI to manage their IBM maintenance agreements. So have the Turning Stone and Akwesasne Mohawk casinos in New York, as well as Harrah's Cherokee in North Carolina and Mohegan Sun Poconos in Pennsylvania.
As large organizations they have many support contracts for hardware and software. Prior to NSI, managing everything had become complex and time consuming; billing cycles differed, expiration dates varied, and customer service was distant and lacked firsthand knowledge of the operation.
"We continue to provide the casinos with one single point of contact for their IBM maintenance contracts," said Tom McDonald, NSI President. "They give us a single Purchase Order and we take care of the rest."
NSI's ability to manage these maintenance contracts is not limited to just IBM products.
