| The Spam Explosion |
| Spam volume has doubled in the past year according to a recent
report in the New York Times. Amazingly, unsolicited email now accounts for more than 9 of every 10 emails sent. Much of that torrent of email is so-called “image spam” where the words of an advertisement are part of a picture, fooling traditional spam detectors that are on guard for phrases. Image spam now apparently accounts for 25-45 percent of junk email. Depending on your needs NSI can keep spam away two different ways.
