| For the second year in a row the Mohegan Sun Casino Resort has
awarded NSI the contract to manage all of its IBM maintenance agreements. NSI’s Support Contract Management Services makes it easy for the casino’s IT Department by streamlining multiple billing cycles into one monthly bill and providing the current status of maintenance plans through a single Web portal. NSI’s ability to manage these maintenance contracts through the Web is not limited to IBM products, but includes other Business Partners such as VMWare, McData, etc. NSI provides a similar service to both the Foxwoods and Harrah’s Cherokee casinos.
