A recent set of incidents demonstrates the value of NSI TotalCare. They all involved one client during the first week of January.

The NSI TotalCare NOC (Network Operations Center) received alerts from two servers telling us that the C-drives were low on disk space. It was important because disk space should never go below 200-250 MB; the system could crash resulting in possible data loss.

The NSI TotalCare Team went into each of the servers remotely (through the Internet from NSI Headquarters) and ran a program (hard disk space manager) to find out what exactly was happening. We then produced a detailed report for the client with recommendations for very simple corrective action.

A potentially crippling problem was identified and fixed before it ever became an issue; proactive support from NSI TotalCare.
