In response to ever-growing volume increases and tighter delivery schedules, NSI has completely renovated and upgraded its dedicated Configuration Center to continue providing the service and support our customers have come to expect from us.
The new Configuration Center is approximately 40x17 feet and is equipped with enough cables to allow NSI to power up full rack of servers.
NSI Director of Support Services Shailen Patel and NSI IT Network Administrator Bob Olesen perform software configurations, and NSI Service Technician Erick Bravo handles the server/hardware configurations.
They work closely with purchasing and sales, and rely upon resources from both support and service to ensure a seamless experience.
The expanded Configuration Center continues to formalize all procedures – from customer order to on-site delivery - fully documented and published.
