NSI's fax machine started to buzz around 1:30 in the afternoon on the 21st of January. Out popped
a letter from the office manager at EEW Management in Torrington, Connecticut.
It began, "This is just a note to thank NSI for another outstanding repair," Rae Cameron said.
EEW Management's Xerox 8400 Phaser had gone on the fritz a few days earlier. NSI's service technician had immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part and gotten the machine back up and running in short order.
"We're pleased with the level of service we have received from NSI," Cameron said. "The levels of knowledge and confidence your Service Technician displayed during his visits to our office ensure that we will continue to use NSI."
