NSI Point Person Customer Satisfaction Job One |

NSI veteran Lynn Santin has been named to the newly created position of Program Manager. Lynn's primary focus will be the customer experience.
"Lynn will be working behind the scenes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in everything we do," said Tom McDonald, President of NSI.
Santin has been busy creating new internal processes, as well as refining and improving existing customer-related activities with an eye toward streamlining and greater efficiency.
