| TotalCare Delivers Holiday Gift

 At 3:45 p.m. on Christmas day an alert came in to the NSI TotalCare Network Operations Center that a computer hard drive at Associated Pulmonologists of Western Connecticut was in trouble.
The customer was closed due to the holiday, so first thing Monday morning the TotalCare Helpdesk investigated and determined the hard drive needed immediate attention. An NSI technician wasted no time in backing up all data and rush ordering a new hard drive.
Due to the proactive nature of NSI TotalCare Associated Pulmonologists did not suffer any data loss and the good spirits remaining from the holiday stayed intact.
