NSI Total Care was critical to preventing a network crash at H. Barber & Sons, a manufacturer
of raking equipment used by governments and high-end resorts around the world.NSI TotalCare, utilizing SonicWall proven Intrusion Prevention (firewall) technology, was hard at work inspecting all incoming packets looking for any “malicious code” that could attack the network. True to our promise, an intruder was detected, an “alert” was immediately sent to NSI’s TotalCare team which responded with the appropriate fix. A firmware upgrade was sent from NSI to the H. Barber network remotely by our TotalCare team “after hours” to eliminate any downtime and the network was secured without any interruption in their business. Just another example of how NSI TotalCare customers have “peace of mind”. |
