NSI received an urgent call from the Berkshire Country Day School regarding an anti-virus solution. We discovered they had no security services (Web Content Filter to block access to undesirable sites, Intrusion Detection to identify inappropriate activity, and Anti-Spyware to protect against unwanted software). The school’s network was immediately put under NSI TotalCare and spyware files were eradicated from desktops. A customized IPS (Intrusion Prevention Services) reduced mp3 downloading, and Content Filtering blocked surfing to inappropriate sites. |
