"I was amazed."
That's what Brian Sullivan of Coleman Concrete had to say recently about NSI TotalCare.
Sullivan, manager of Coleman's Gorham, Maine concrete plant, must coordinate production and transportation with the company's four other plants in northern New England and to do it, "I have to have the Internet."

One morning not long ago he arrived at work to find the Internet
down. It turned out the TotalCare team was already on the case,
trouble shooting, quickly tracking down the problem and letting
Sullivan know.
"He said 'There is something in your phone line.' And I said 'Wait a minute! The security company was in here yesterday'."
Sure enough, a new security system installed the day before was impacting the telephone line.
In short order everything was fixed and Coleman Concrete was back online and back in business.
"Within minutes we got production going and that's what you want," Sullivan said. "I said, 'Obviously they (TotalCare) are tuned into this.' And even the guys here – my assistant – he said, 'Wow they corrected that quickly. That's cool!'"
So instead of waiting for a technician to be dispatched and diagnose a problem that could only be fixed by a third party – wasting time and money – the problem was resolved in minutes.
