| NSI Called to the Principal's Office!

The principal of Annie Fisher Magnet School in Hartford, Connecticut has seen it all in more than 3-decades as an educator and he knows when to punish and when to praise. Recently he decided to take action regarding one NSI employee.
Principal James Fagan had ordered a handful of printers through NSI Purchasing Manager Bob Walker. "It was just a simple thing, no big deal," Fagan said.
But the small transaction took on a larger meaning as things progressed.
"When I deal with vendors it's not like it used to be," Fagan said. "But Bob Walker was exactly the opposite. He said ‘This is when we will have them, this is when we will deliver them' and Bob made good on his promise."
When Fagan called to thank Walker, "He sort of laughed and jokingly said to tell his boss, so I did!"
The principal sent a letter of praise to NSI President Tom McDonald, which said in part, "Bob Walker is a man of his word. It is a pleasure doing business with someone who keeps his word and follows through."
High marks for a job well done.
Congratulations Bob!
